LIVING ROOM PREVIEW

Decorating our little place has been SO much fun. I absolutely love having our own space that I can do whatever I want with. My style is pretty minimal, but I do love pastel colors and lots of plants. I was so excited when I found this amazing fake cactus from Urban Outfitters. Our front room doesn't get a ton of sunlight so my plants in there haven't done super well. I'm usually not a fan of fake plants but this one honestly looks real and it's the best because I don't have to water it! The planter for the cactus is from West Elm. I looked for awhile for a pot I liked and didn't have much luck. It was kind of pricey but I really liked the color of it and the size is perfect for what I needed!

We bought our gray sectional from West Elm as well. I really wanted to invest in a nice/comfy couch and we seriously loooove it! It seats quite a few people comfortably and has been really great. The pillows on our couch are from Maewoven. I love the fabric and the fun patterns!

Our entry way table is from Urban. (it's actually on sale right now!) I bought this cause I loved how it kind of looked antique-ish but also modern. I am all about thrifting and love to have pieces that are both old and new! I also love that it has a little shelf on the bottom to spice things up-I stacked a few of my Kinfolk books there.

On the entry way table is our Marshall speaker (which I got Leif for Christmas, but was kind of a present to us both hehe). We are obsessed with it! It is a bluetooth speaker so we just connect our phones to it and play music while we cook or clean the house. Also, it can go SO loud and the sound is amazing quality. Would highly recommend it!

I hope to be doing more home decor posts soon. I know I just show little pieces on Instagram but I've had a bunch of people ask me to do a house tour and breakdowns of where I shop, so I'm going to be working to get that up. If you click on the little picture below, there will be links to everything in this space!

Thanks for following along. xo
